He married 28 November 1925 Mrytie Jane Colburn. Myrtie was born 15 Jan 1905 in New York State. Balfour died 08 January 1959 at Turlock, Stanislaus co, CA. Wife Mrytie died 10 Feb 1994 (aged 89) Stanislaus County, California. Both buried Turlock (no stones found)
