# 15337.AA1 Ernest Ulysses ⁸ Bigelow, son of Samuel Elijah ⁷ ( William F. ⁶ , Noah ⁵, Cornelius ⁴, Samuel ³, Samuel ², John ¹) and Amelia ( EVANS ) BIGELOW, was born 31 December 1878 at New Haven, Gratiot co, MI. He was married on 21 September 1908 to Goldia Woodward, the daughter of Henry and Abbie (Rhinesmith) Woodward. She was born 19 September 1892. They lived and farmed in New Haven township until the 1920's when they moved to Hoxeyville, Wexford co, MI where their last two children were born. Ernest's father, Samuel Elijah, was separated from his wife and lived at Hoxeyville with them. Ernest's mother, Amelia, spent her last years in Hoxeyville. Ernest died there on 24 June 1951 and his wife there in 1959. They are both buried in Banker cemetery, Hoxeyville.
