He died 03 June 1957 at Pleasant View in Corunna, MI and was buried 05 June 1957 at Hill Crest Cemetery. He was a foundry worker and went to the 4th grade in Cadillac, MI. He married 25 March 1918 Lila Bell Sibary, daughter of Joseph and Margie (Smith?) Sibary. She was born 14 March 1900 at Luther, MI and died 12 July 1971 at Owosso, MI and buried 14 July 1971 in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Owosso, MI. She went to the 8th grade at Luther school. They were parents of 13 children. Only Leonard Jay, Clifford, Orville and Cora Jeanette lived to maturity and had children. Elmer Dale Jr. died at age 50 and had no children.

My Husbands father was Elmer Bigelow he married Lila Belle Sibary
His dad was Robert Bigelow who married a Mary Gunloch we have no info on him at all except his name.
Robert's father was Elijah Bigelow 1830- 1912 He married Arilla Smith
His Father was Ebenezer Bigelow 1800 and he married Ellen Blair and thats all we know as of now but we have lots of Bigelows in
Owosso,MI
I would love to get some info on the rest of the Bigelows out there

"Leonard 'Jay' Bigelow: Age 74, of Owosso, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at Memorial Healthcare. Jay worked at Oak Hill Cemetery for 21 years, and also at the Foundry in Owosso. The funeral service will be at New Life Worship Center, formerly the Owosso United Pentecostal Church at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Ron Hall and the Rev. Gene Numerick officiating. Burial will be in Riverside West Cemetery. Visitation at Jennings-Lyons Funeral Chapel will be today from 4 to 8 p.m. Jay was born Sept. 20, 1932, in Owosso, to Elmer and Lila Bell (Sibary) Bigelow, and had been a life-long Owosso resident. On July 13, 1960, he married Nancy Lee Silvers in Owosso. Obituary:
Betty G. Bigelow, Age 74, of Owosso, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012, at her home with her family.
Funeral services will be held at the United Pentecostal Church of Owosso, 1425 N. Hickory St Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens of Owosso.
Betty was born in Owosso, June 6, 1937, the daughter of John Irvin and Frances Geraldine (Smith) Albring. Betty resided most of her life in Owosso and was a graduate of Owosso High School.
Betty married Clifford Bigelow June 14, 1958, in Owosso. Clifford passed away May 30, 1993.
Betty was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Owosso where she played the piano, organ and accordion for many years and taught Sunday school. Her family was the very most important part of her life.
She is survived by sons David and Debbie Bigelow of Tampa, Fla., Karl and Jenny Bigelow of Owosso, Billy and LeAnne Bigelow of Durand, James and Julie Bigelow of Owosso, Scott and Jennifer Biglow of Corunna, daughters Janet Bigelow of Owosso, Karen and Chuck Johnston of Bainville, Mont.,; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister and a brother.
Memorial contributions may be made to the wishes of the family.
