Frances Irvene 9 BIGELOW

15337.12D6      Frances Irvene 9 BIGELOW, dau of Alexander Alvin 8 ( Levi 7 , Noah 6 , Noah 5, Cornelius 4, Samuel 3, Samuel 2, John1)  and Florence (Benderman) BIGELOW, was born 29 April 1897 at Gibbons, Buffalo co, NE.  She was daughter of Alexander's second marriage.  Frances married Mearl Thomas Schroder on 28 September 1918 in Wheatland, WY.  He was born 26 July 1898 in Douglas, Converse co, WY and died about 1972 in Portland, Multnoma co, OR. Frances died 14 June 1956 in Portland, Multnoma co, OR. There is a report of another marriage by Frances to a Charles Mock with son Charles Mock resulting, but this has not been substantiated.

FORGE, October 1978, Vol.7, #4, p.78 has William Bigelow, 9th generation, of Kimberly, Idaho, who celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary 17 Jul 1978, with wife and both their families. Among those present were Bill's sisters, Merle (Bigelow) Finck and Shirley (Bigelow) Sewell.
