Levi F. 8 BIGELOW

15336.531      Levi F. 8 BIGELOW, son of Cornelius 7 (Cornelius 6 , Paul 5 , Cornelius 4, Samuel 3, Samuel 2, John1)  and Nancy (STREETER) BIGELOW, was born 09 April 1827 at Chatham, Argenteuil, Quebec. In 1830, he was enumerated with his parents at Ft. Covington, Franklin, NY. Before 1840 this family was in MI. Levi married 07 August 1849 Hannah Snyder (photo below) at Burtchville, St. Clair, MI. She was the daughter of John and Ann (__) Snyder, born 10 December 1829 in Canada. They lived all of their lives near the village of Lakeport, Burtchville township. He served as town constable from 1882 to 1884, but was primarily a farmer. He died of pneumonia on 20 December 1893 at Port Huron, MI. Hannah died 16 August 1912. Both are interred at Lakeport, MI.

15336.5313t    Henrietta Florence, b_____May 1854; d after 1912; m (1)04 July 1873 Charles Howe, d ca 1884, m (2)11 May 1892 Charles Parish, (3)15 June 1894 George Evans; 4 Howe children.

15336.5314t    Nellie May, b 16 July 1859; d 11 Dec 1952 Burtchville; m (1) ca 1880 Chauncey Hanver, (2) before 1888 ______ Phifer; (3)16 July 1885 William Coloer (or Colver very poor handwriting in county record), and (4)1898 Joseph W. Szreszycki, alias Joe Reese; 1 dgtr.
