On 07 October 1879 he married Fannie Gough the daughter of Robert and Hannah (Titus) Gough. They lived a number of years in the vicinity of Essex and Chesterfield, but before 1900 moved to CO and Charles died on 04 November 1900 at Salida, CO.      I have been on the Bigelow's Web page now for hours trying to trace my ancestors. This was brought on by a partial family history that I recently received on a vacation to Montana. My name is Dixon James Bigelow,The following is a brief history that I was able to obtain. Great Great Grandfather Bigelow Married a Stanford
4 Children: Charles, Carrie, Clifford (Married Myrtle Tackett) and George Wilbur no futher info.

Died Aug.26, 1958                                                 Died Jan.22,1970

Children

George Vernon (Father)   Born-Sept.8,1916-Iron Mask Mine,B.C.
Married Edith Mae Dixon
Children - Gladys June(Hansen): 4 children Susan, David, Tim, Marty.
Dixon James: 4 children- James, Steve, Ken, Linda.

I found that a Niram Bigelow married a Corrinne Stanford but the dates and the children that they had wouldn't match the history that I had. It sounds like that I may not want to know the past, but would like any information that you might send my way. I know the time and expense that is involved and would be willing to do what you would  feel right to pass this expense on to me. I have done a little research on the Dixon's, so know what is involved.
I know a little bit about Pat and her work on the Bigelow research and found the Web site extremly exciting. I enjoyed it so much. Would also like to thank you for the great job that you have done. You must have put thousand's of hours in on this. Thank you again.
