BIGELOW, was born at Ashford, Cattaraugus, NY 02 November 1830. His
first marriage was on 23 August 1859 to Frances Ella Bowen the daughter
of Daniel and Lucy (Rice) Bowen. She was born at Buffalo, Erie, NY on 09
August 1836 and died about a year after birth of her only child on 13 August
1861 at Freeport, Stephenson, IL. He married again on 30 September 1863
Clementine Currier Ingersoll the daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Walker)
Ingersoll. She was born 29 March 1840 at Westfield, Chautauqua, NY. William
and his family resided at Rockton, IL. William died on 15 October 1916
at Rhinebeck, Dutchess, NY and is buried in Rockton.
