Justin 6 BIGELOW

 16313.D     Justin 6  BIGELOW, son of  Amasa 5 ( David 4 , Lt. John 3 , Joshua 2, John 1), and Jemima (STRONG) BIGELOW, was born 30 June (bapt 18 Aug) 1782 at Colchester, New London county, CT. The family moved soon after to Brookfield, Orange county, VT, where Justin lived most of his remaining years. He served in the War of 1812. He married, on 06 December 1804, Percis Cook, who was born 11 July 1782.
     We have no death dates for either Justin or Percis, who are supposed to have gone to live with one of their children, possibly at Brownington or Barton, VT. No further search has been made. They were living at Barton, VT in 1850.

 16313.D5      Justin Strong (Rev.), b 20 Oct 1814; d 17 July 1898 Brownington, VT; m 26 Apr 1870 Josephine Allard.

 16313.D6t     Amasa Day, b 24 June 1816; d 26 Nov 1884 Barton, Orleans co, VT; m 22 Apr 1849 Adaline P. Wilson. 1 known son, probably others.

 16313.D7      Persis, b 09 Sept 1818; d ______ ; m 20 Aug 1846 Homer T. Jones.

 16313.D8      Laura, b 05 Oct 1820; d 30 Sept 1859? Brookfield, VT; m 7 June 1841 John Patten.

 16313.D9t     Caroline, b 15 Nov 1824; d 20 Apr 1907 Bristol, VT; m 03 Jan 1847 William Clark Wilson.
