Gertrude (BRISTOL) BIGELOW, was born 15 December 1904 at
Utica, Oneida County, NY. On 23 January 1970 she
married Robert Hall (1906-1977), son of Van Byron Hall. They
had no children and lived in Fresno, CA. She was a University of
Wisconsin undergraduate and her nickname was "Biggie". She
was teaching at Fresno State College for years. She died 20 July
1999 at age 94, Fresno, CA where she had resided for 67 years. She enjoyed working with young people, and with her
sister, Dorothy, entertained many groups. She had travelled widely
and gave many travelogues. Marion (Bigelow) Baer died on 20 July
1999 (aged 94), in Fresno, Fresno County, CA.
