On 05 April 1897, he married Anna Eliza Gibson. She was born in 19 August 1878 in Holly Twp, Oakland co, MI, the daughter of Andrew and Margaret (Oswald) Gibson.  Anna died 30 August 1971 Rose Twp, Oakland co, MI. Eddie had died earlier 19 June 1943 at 3180 Rattalee Lake Rd, Holly, MI. Both buried Hadley Cemetery, Holly, MI.

Correction: Actually they were just going with the Snyder brothers at this time (1941),
but Bertha married Bob Snyder and Edith married Jim within two weeks of the burial of Wesley Bigelow,
