15198.199      Bethune Duffield 8 BIGELOW, son of  Thomas Allen 7 ( Abel 6 , Josiah 5 , Jotham 4, John 3, Samuel 2, John 1) and Tryphena (MALCOLM) BIGELOW, was born at Franklin, Oakland, MI on 11 June 1862. He was a brick manufacturer and had married on 25 January 1893. Her name was Arabella Emily Beattie (see below), She was born 06 December 1867 Bloomfield Township, Oakland County, MI. (parents below) Arabella died 28 Dec 1947 (aged 80) Pontiac, MI. Bethune died at Pontiac, MI on 12 October 1927 (obit below)

Hi, I saw your Bigelow webpage and noted a spouse that I'm kin to. 
You have Bethune Bigelow married Arabella Beattie.  I don't have much information on her, but she was the daughter of my gg grandparents John Crist Beattie and Charlotte Adeline (Adams) Beattie.  I have her birth (from family records) as being on 6 Nov 1867.  I assume she was born in Oakland Co., MI.  I also have Bethune and Arabella as having 3 children not listed on your page: Shirley, Kenneth, and Janice.  No dates, spouses, or locations for any of them.

Obituary of Bethune              Arabella E. Franklin Cemetery; Franklin, Oakland County, MI

Obit: Duffield A. Bigelow
Mr. Bigelow, 90, of Farmington Hills, [Michigan], died Jan. 23.
Mr. Bigelow was a fruit farmer at Orchard Lake and 14 Mile Road.
Survivors include his wife, Alice; son, Kenneth; daughters, Joyce Arnos and Shirley Perazza; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services were Jan. 25 at the Thayer-Rock Funeral Home, Farmington, wit the Rev. J. Kenneth Hoffmaster officiating. Burial was in Franklin Cemetery, Franklin.
