(COX) BIGELOW, was born 28 February 1828 at Advocate, NS. On 25 June
1858, she married Matthew Kerr, born in Ireland in 1817. They were married
in Cornwallis, NS. (see below) He was
the son of Hugh and Elizabeth (Givan) Kerr. In 1891 Kings Co. NS Census,
Matthew, then a widower, was living with Robert & Lydia (Kerr) Cox.(Lydia
was child of first marriage) A death date for Anna of _ August 1890 from
Mrs. Lorna Evans of the King's Historical Society, Kentville, Nova Scotia.
Matthew died in Canning,, NS on 18 December 1893. He had the following children
by his first wife, Elizabeth Ann Ells who died in 1857 age 35.
