BIGELOW, was born at Bloomfield, ME on 26 February 1835. He married
on 23 February 1859 Caroline Butler. She was born in Ripley, ME on unknown
date. She died one week after giving birth to their son. Alfred died 08 January
1868, just before this same son's eighth birthday. This son was the raised
by grandparents; James 7
and Louisa (Abbe) Bigelow.
