He married 06 October 1856 Cornelia S. Williams. She was born 29 Apr 1837 in Oran, Onondaga County, NY, the dau of William C. and Laura Scoville (Garrett) Williams. Cornelia died 18 Mar 1921 (aged 83) Syracuse, NY. Franklin was a physician and died 12 Mar 1879 (aged 51) in Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York.
