second wife Lois (GRISWOLD) BIGELOW, was born at Brookfield,
Orange,
VT on 27 June 1813 and married on 13 November 1834 Philena Prouty. She
was born at Langdon, NH 23 February 1809. Frederick was a farmer, but
also
served as town clerk, Justice of the Peace and served on the Board of
Civil
Authority. They resided in Brookfield where each died - he on 29
January
1884 and Philena on 07 March 1885.
