He married Emma Jane Behmar at unknown date. He died 29 April 1893 at age 33 and is buried at Maple Hill Cemetery, Hinckley twp., Medina co, OH. Emma Jane died 13 September 1899 age 33 and is buried same cemetery, along with Dolly M. Bigelow and his parents, John and Lucy Carey.
They had 3 children, only 2 found.
