Obituary of Mrs.
Frances
A. Davis:
"MARION- Mrs. Frances A. Davis of rural Marion died Sunday, April
26,
1987 at Midland Medical Center in Midland. She was 63.
Born to Nina and Frank Bigelow, Sept. 16, 1923 in Montcalm county, she
married
Woodrow A. Davis Aug. 13, 1954 in Gratiot County. Mrs. Davis moved to
the
Marion area from Farwell in 1957. She was employed at the former
Riverside
Electric in Marion, and also worked for 16 years at Evart Products,
retiring
in 1985. She enjoyed citizens band radio and used "The Red Head" as her
handle.
Survivors include her husban, Woodrow; a brother, Junior
Bigelow
of Gladwin; and two sisters, Opal Henry of Gladwin and Hazel Willford
of
Gladwin. She was preceded in death by a sister (Betty Jane?)..burial in
Greenwood
cemetery in Marion."
