15923.469      David 8 BIGELOW, jr., son of David 7 ( Freedom 6 , Isaac 5 , Isaac 4, Isaac 3, Samuel 2, John 1 ) and Hannah (BRADFORD) BIGELOW, was born at Wapakoneta, Noble twp., Aglaize co, OH on 08 October 1849.   He married 10 January 1869 Lydia May Nichols at Wapakoneta, Auglaize co, OH. David Jr. was a farmer in Auglaize co, OH.  Lydia was born 07 January 1853 Wapakoneta, Auglaize co, OH, the dau of Dr. Thomas Elwood and Rebecca (Cameron) Nichols. She died 11 June 1927. David had died 14 October 1926 Wapakoneta, Auglaize co, OH. Both are buried in Buckland cemetery. (see below)

Hannah's death after 1880 census came from Donald G. Shafer, 3015 Frampton Dr., Toledo, OH 43614-5424. 17 January 1997.
David's marriage license consented to by his mother, 15/1869, at age 21 to marry Lydia W. Nichols, age 18.  Marriage was January 10, 1869.
His will, Noble Township, Auglaize co., OH, 14 Oct 1926, leaving instrument in writing herewith produced purporting to be his last will and testament. He died leaving Lydia Bigelow, his widow, who lives at St. Mary's Ohio, R. R. 2 and the following named persons his only next of kin to wit:  Ida Schilling, adult dau., Flint, MI; Carrie Kiefer, adult dau., Wapakoneta, OH; Sadie Connor, adult dau., Lima, OH; Bessie Tehan, adult dau., Milligeville, OH; Ruth Bigelow Ridenour, dau.,Lima,Allen co., OH; and Elwood Bigelow, son, St. Mary's, OH, Rt. 2.
