Evon Bigelow, 70, Andrews, died at 4:45 am. Friday at the Huntington County Hospital.
He was born Dec. 18, 1900, to James E. and Nora Downing Bigelow, and his marriage was to Nora Endsley, in 1945, at Andrews.
He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, and a former employee of Kitchen Maid Corp., where he retired after 25 years.
Surviving besides his widow, are three sons, Edwin and Robert, both of Andrews, and Merrill, Rt. 2 Auburn; a brother, Everett of Andrews; six sisters, Mrs. Martin (Viola) Karst, Sheboygan, Mich., Mrs. Guy (Jessie) Karst, Rt. 7, Huntington, Mrs. Gerald (Marie) Saal, and Mrs. Dave (Estella) Smith, both of Huntington, Mrs. Arden (Edith) Blumel, Spokane, Wash., and Mrs. Daniel (Josephine) Gelzleichter, Indianapolis; five grandchildren and two great-grandchldren.                   
      Friends may call at the Deal Funeral home, Andrews, after 7 pm. Friday, where funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Sunday, with Rev. Glenn Wagoner, officiating.
Burial will be in the Lancaster Cemetery.

Sarah was better known by her middle name, June.
1m: As Sarah June Wiley, she married Cecil H. Groff on Feb. 2, 1914, in Berrien Co., MI. They were divorced by 1920.
2m: As June Wiley Groff, she married on Dec. 31, 1921, William H. Giltner in Indiana. Children include a daughter named Betty Adaline. He died of kidney disease in 1934.
3m: As June W. Giltner, she married Evon Bigelow on Sept. 11, 1946, in Indiana. They divorced and she resumed her previous married name.
