# 15325. Silas 5, son of Samuel 4( Samuel
3, Samuel 2, John 1) and Jedidah (HATHRON) BIGELOW,
was born 01 July 1742 at Shrewsbury, Worcester county, MA. He graduated
at Harvard College in 1765, and was ordained to the ministry in Paxton,
MA 21 October 1767. He married, date unknown, Mrs. Sarah Hall of Sutton.
He held the pastorate in Paxton for about two years, was taken ill on his
thirtieth birthday, and died 16 November 1769. There are no records of any
children.
