# 1511. Jerusha ⁴, daughter of John ³ ( Samuel ², John ¹) BIGELOW and Jerusha (GARFIELD) BIGELOW, was born 17 May 1697 at Marlborough, Middlesex co, MA. She was married 11 December 1718 to John MATHEWS, born 18 January 1695, son of John and Mary (JOHNSON) MATHEWS. They lived a few years in Marlborough, after which they moved to Southborough. No further research has been done on this couple, except what appears in Howe..

Dear Rod Bigelow,
I had the pleasure to communicate with Don Bigelow before his unfortunate death. I am related to John ¹ Biglo and Mary Warren:

Don had included my line in his Bigelow genealogy, although my father's name was incorrectly listed as Paul Parker,
instead of John Parker. And his mother is Geraldine Stone not Geraldtne Stone. Are you now maintaining that genealogy? If so, is it possible to make those corrections.
I have also taken the liberty of attaching my genealogy starting at Jerusha Bigelow (1697 - ). There are a few notable descendants from Jerusha Bigelow in this genealogy. 183 Daniel Wells, Jr. was a minor robber baron in Milwaukee. 222. Capt. Franklin Van Valkenburgh was the commander of the Arizona at Pear Harbor, and died with distinction during the Japanese attack. My information about these ancestors comes from the book - Norris DW, Feldmann HA: The Wells Family, The Kramer-Krasselt Co.(Milwaukee, 1942).
