1) BIGELOW and Silas BARNES, was born 16 Dec
1759 at Marlborough, MA; she married, on 3 Apr 1777 Jonathan Ray, son of
Amos and Priscilla (Gates) Ray. He was born 20 Mar 1752 at Stow, MA. They
lived at Henniker, NH. Betty died there 26 July 1794. Jonathan then married
(2)24 Dec 1794 Mrs. Peggy Emerson and had further issue. He died 22 Mar
1816 at Henniker.
