he was born 05 February 1889; died 27 January 1977 Plattsburgh, Clinton
co, NY. No children. Florence was known as Flossie and Shum. I always referred
to them as Aunt Shum and Uncle Ben. I stayed with them at their camp on
Lake Champlain for almost every summer in the 1950's. They were like a
second family to me as they had no children of their own. Ben's parents
: Edward E. HOBBS and Lillis DENGATE are
also buried in Ellenburgh
