My Notes.................................ROD:
Children:
1. Louise, m (1) Ron West, m (2) Carl Stevens; res Dartmouth;
2. Mary, m ____ Johnson; res Ottawa, Ont.;
3. John William, m Janet Colpitt; res Dartmouth;
4. Lawrence, m Mary____ ; res Habitant;
Notes from Irene:
Burdett's daughter Louise was married to a Ron West, and later
divorced.
(Ron now married to Barbara Carver, cousin of my husband's)
Burdett's daughter Mary was married to a Greenwood and also to a
Johnstone (not Johnson, I think - could be wrong!) so Michael would be
Mary's
son by her first marriage. I think Mary had 4 children, 2 girls
and 2 boys, but not
sure. The family did live in this area when the children were
young.
Burdett's son John William is known as Bill or Billy and is a car
salesman in the Dartmouth/Halifax area.
Burdett's mother Mary Newcomb was first cousin to my grandfather, their
fathers being brothers, so I am related 2 ways to him - at least.
