13 Aug 1859. He worked in the Northwest Territories until after 1888. He
married (1) 21 Nov 1894 Annie A. Bishop, dau of Edward and Sophronia (
__ ) Bishop. She was born 30 Nov 1862 and died 31 Dec 1906. James married
(2) Gertrude Publicover at unknown date. Gertrude was born in 1858 and
died in 1912. James died 25 Jan 1912 in Wolfville,,NS.
James had no children, with either wife.
