BIGELOW, was born Charlton, Worcester co, MA on 10 September 1828 (according
to Howe on page 374, but on page 449 he states birth place to be Brookfield,
Worcester co, Massachusetts). He married on 11 August 1855 Elizabeth Lyford
the daughter of Moses and Olive (Allen) Lyford. She was born at Natick,
Massachusetts on 11 August 1840 and if these dates from Howe are accurate,
was married on her 15th birthday. They resided in New Britain, CT.
She died in 1908 and Hiram at New Britain in 1911.
