16315.2          Zelotes 6 Bigelow, son of  Daniel 5 ( David 4, Lt. John 3, Joshua 2, John 1) BIGELOW and Mary (BRAINERD) BIGELOW, was born 17 August 1764 at Colchester, New London co., CT. He married, on 20 December 1791, Deborah Foote, (m 26 Dec 1792 :LDS, familysearch.org); of whom no information (Deborah, Born 24 April 1774 Colchester, New London Co., CT; Daughter of Adonijah Foote and Grace Day; Died 14 June 1846) (see below). They settled at Brookfield, Orange county, VT. Zelotes died there 04 December 1847.

 I am looking for ancestors for Zelotas. Zelotas married Deborah Foot and had at least one child by the name of Talitha (b. 4/2/1793, d.5/27/1877). Talitha married William Alvord. They had 5 children (William, John, Oramel, Abigail, and Abbie)

Craig- I checked on the Bigelow Society website and found him:
Zelotes Bigelow, son of Daniel and Mary (Brainard) Bigelow.(FYI, there is a small airport in CT named Brainard in Hartford). Born 17 Aug 1764 Colchester, New London County, CT; Died 4 Dec 1847 Brookfield, Orange Co., VT. Married Deborah Foote. I've found 2 different wedding dates: 20 Dec 1791 (Bigelow Society) and 26 Dec 1792 (LDS,familysearch.org). Children listed are: Tabitha, Deborah, Zelotes Jr., Abel, Nabby, Mary Brainard, and Lucinda Malvina. On the LDS site, I found an Ancestral File on Deborah. Born 24 April 1774 Colchester, New London Co., CT. Daughter of Adonijah Foote and Grace Day. Died 14 June 1846.
There are some Footes in North Branford, New Haven Co, CT.
