Polly ⁶ BIGELOW

15923.8        Polly ⁶ BIGELOW dau of  Isaac ⁵ ( Isaac ⁴ ,  Isaac ³, Samuel², John ^l) and Mary (CHAMBERLAIN) BIGELOW, was born in Colchester, New London, CT circa 1766. She married Samuel Tarpenning, born 4 June 1772. They lived for a time at Cooperstown, NY, but migrated to Plain City, Madison county, OH at the close of the War of 1812. He died there 14 Aug 1817, aged 42 years, 2 months, 10 days. She died in 1857. Both are buried in Bigelow Pioneer cemetery near Plain City. They had a large family, of whom we have little information.

Polly Bigelow.  She married (1) Jesse Lombard.  She married (2) Ira Patrick February 15, 1826 in , Union, OH.  He was the son of Moses Patrick and Clarisey Geer.
Child of Laura Tarpenning and Ira Patrick is:
                i.      David Palmer Patrick, born 1838 in Union Twp.,Union, OH; died November 23, 1864 in Enermy's Hospital, Camden, Ouachita, AR; married Mary Hull June 19, 1860 in ,Benton, IA.
