Lydia 5 BIGELOW

 15927     Lydia 5 BIGELOW, seventh child and fourth daughter of Isaac 4 ( Isaac 3, Samuel 2, John 1), and Abigail (SKINNER) BIGELOW, was born 02 May 1743 at Colchester, New London county, CT. With her parents she removed to Cornwallis, Nova Scotia in 1761. There, on 30 January 1772, the Rev. Benajah Phelps officiating, she married Ezra Pride, son of John and Abigail (-) Pride. He was born 16 April 1734 at Norwich, CT. They lived in Cornwallis, but we have few dates for the family. From a correspondent we learn that Ezra Pride drew up his will in 1825 at Cornwallis. They had a number of children, but we have been unable to ascerain correct order or dates, except for the following:

15927.?     Abigail Pride, (same as Addie?) b ____ ; d ____ ; married Andrew Hoffman.

15927.2     Addie Pride, b 24 May 1776; d ____ ;.married Andrew Hoffman.??

15927.3     Margaret Pride, b 16 Mar 1778; d ____ ; m 1823? Thomas Phillips at Lincoln, NB .

15927.4     John Pride, b 04 Apr 1780; d ____ ;.

15927.5     Ezra Pride; b 28 Oct 1782; d ____ ; .

15927.6     Jonathan Pride, b 02 May 1764; d ____ ; res Gagetown, New Brunswick; m 05 Jan 1813 Abigail Hartt.
