Joseph 6 BIGELOW

14261.6     Joseph 6 BIGELOW, son of John 5 ( Joseph 4, Daniel 3, Daniel 2, John 1) and Persis ( WRIGHT ) BIGELOW was born 19 June 1798 at Chester, Hampden county, MA. He was married on 11 Nov 1820 at Sutton, MA to Auriel Hathaway, daughter of Simeon and Lucy (Burden) Hathaway. They lived in Rutland, MA a number of years, but in his later years Joseph went to Vermont. Auriel died in Hubbardston 16 Mar 1865, Joseph in Marlborough, VT on 25 Nov 1879.

  I just recently came across the connection of the King name to you Bigelows, and have just begun (literally within the last week lol )to explore this family line and its connections.  Francis F. King and Persis had at least one son Walter E. King, who married a Kate M. (nee?) unknown.  They were my 3x ggrandparents.  I know there were more children, but they had at least one son as well Howard Percy King, I have quite a bit of this family line up to me, but have a lot of putting information in to do for it. Would love to share and have my family line included in your society page as they seem to be part of it.  My great grandfather son of Howard Percy King and Mable Emma Hill was Cecil Hill King Sr..  Cecil Hill King Sr. married Helen Childfrick Tuttle.  They had 6 children, my grandfather Cecil Hill King Jr. was the eldest he was born 23 May 1933 in Deerfield, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, and passed on 20 March 2004 in Lowell, MA, his widow Katherine Ann (Lehman) King is still living and in Lowell, MA.  This family line is fairly new to me, my grandfathers sister Sandy has helped, and she has verified what I have found and told me I'm on the right track, which is a positive thing.  Would love to hear from you, have been doing this a few years so am still a fairly new reasearcher.
