Notes for MARY ADALIZA SMITH:
Mary Adaliza Smith was born in Framingham, MA. She married Henry
Kinney, who died at New Milford,
CT, where they lived. He was engaged in the Grocery Business
in New Milford for over thirty years. In the spring of 1861, he enlisted
in Co. C. 15th, Mass. Vol. and went to the front with the regiment.
He was wounded at the battle at Balls Bluff, and came home on a furlough.
As soon as he was able he returned to the regiment and served about two
years when he was discharged for disability. He was very much interested
in the Grand Army's Posts, and the Camp of Sons of Veterans. The
Camp of New Milford was named for him, "The Henry Kinney Camp". They
had no children.
iv. GRANVILLE HAVEN SMITH, b. May 24, 1840, Framingham, MA; d. October 20, 1862, Sharpsburg, MD.
Notes for GRANVILLE HAVEN SMITH:
Granville Haven Smith was born in Framinham, MA, and died in Sharpsburg,
MD. He enlisted April 2, 1861 in Co. B. 12th, Regiment Mass Vol,
Col. Fletcher Webster's Regiment as a private and was soon promoted to
rank of Corporal. In the battle of Antitam, he came out in command
of his company, as all the officers had been killed and only twelve of
the privates remained in the company. At that time he took a severe
cold and was sick but a few days when he died in Smoketown Hospital.
He was never married.

8. CHARLES HAVEN3 WENZEL (JOHN WENZEL2 JR., HEPHZIBAH1 BIGLOW) was born August 16, 1818 in Framingham, Massachusetts, and died November 02, 1866 in Ashland, Massachusetts. He married NANCY P. KNOULTON February 25, 1839 in Framingham, Massachusetts, Middlesex County.
Notes for CHARLES HAVEN WENZEL:
Charles Haven Wenzell was born in Framingham, MA and died in Ashland,
MA. He lived for a time in Troy, NH. Later he was engaged in
a Hay business in Framingham, MA and in 1856 was in business in Boston.
The last years of his life were spent in Ashland, where he was engaged
in the livery business. He married Nancy P. knoulton, who survived
him. They had three sons.
In the 1850 MA Census, a Henry Shaw and Caroline Knowlton were listed
as a resident at the address of Charles H. Wenzell and family.

Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. She married LEVI BAXTER POTTER September 01,
1841 in Framingham, Massachusetts, Middlesex County, son of EBENEZER POTTER
and SUSANNA BRIGHAM.
7. i. Angeline 3 WENZEL,
b. May 28, 1816, Framingham, Massachusetts; d. December 17, 1897, Marlboro,
Massachusetts.

Fallon. I am a direct descendant from Hepsibeh Bigelow and
John Wenzel of Framingham, MA. However, the information that I have
about her and what you have about her are not quite the same. I have
her
birth date as being September 24, 1767. You have her birthday
September 24, 1757. Also the marriage dates are not the same.
You have the year as being 1792, while I have the year as being 1790.
The month and day are the same.
My sources are from the Descendants of Henry
Wenzel. The original manuscript is kept at The New England Genealogical
Society. Copies of this manuscript has been passed down from generations.

If indeed the dates I have are wrong, I would like to see your records
