The body of James Bigelow, 68 (sic), 36 Waverly, was taken from the Barge Canal by police shortly after 7 a.m. this morning.

Police working on the case included Lt. Herbert Robischon, Sgt. Edward Russel (sic) and Patrolman David Berger and William Pryborowski.

Mr. Bigelow was born in Utica Aug. 4, 1874, son of the late Hames (sic) C. and Harriet Nutt Bigelow. On Oct 10, 1097, he married Dr. Pearl Foster who died Dec. 27, 1930. He attended the Advanced School and was a member of Central M. E. Church.
