Daniel Post 6 BIGELOW

 16167.5     Daniel Post 6  BIGELOW, son of  Simeon 5 ( John 4 , Joshua 3 , Joshua 2, John 1), and Elizabeth (AVERY)  BIGELOW, was born 14 March 1792 at Brandon, Rutland county, VT. He married there, on 08 February 1821, Betsy Knights, born 22 August 1804. They moved to Barre, Orleans county, NY, where he took up farmland and was prominent in the local militia, with the title of Major. He died at Barre 23 March 1853; Betsy on 06 April 1868.

16167.73     Olive Diana, b 14 May 1827; d ____ ; m 01 June 1848 Roswell Atchison; 1888 res Spencerport, NY. No issue.

16167.74     William Wallace, b 16 June 1830; d 14 Mar 1831.

16167.75t     Seymour Jerome (Lt.), b 5 July 1832; d 2 May 1862 Corinth, MS; m 01 Sept 1857 Marion Coolbaugh. 2 sons.

16167.76      Betsy Louisa, b 30 July 1835; d 07 Feb 1867 Battle Creek, Calhoun co, MI; m 20 Nov 1855 Henry Hatch. No issue.
