Features: 1. Upper lobe of tail yellow to orange (separates from other halfbeaks such as "Balao");  2. Upper jaw extremely short;
Size: 8-12 inches; max 16 inches
Description:  The most common halfbeak species around coral reef, the Ballyhoo is frequentlu used as bait for big-game fishing
