Doctorfish

This is a young doctorfish about 12 inches. Photo by Rod 25 Feb 04 in about 12 feet water.
Location was offshore at Cannon Beach; Pennekamp Park.

Acanthurus chirurgus

Body always has body bars, although they may be quite faint. Tail does not show scalloped look like the Surgeonfish.
