15599 Uriah ⁵ BIGELOW, son of Josiah ⁴ (Thomas ³, Samuel ², John ¹), and Mary (HARRINGTON) BIGELOW, was born 15 Mar 1766 at Waltham, Middlesex co, MA. He married (1) 18 Jun 1789 at Weston, Susanna GREGORY, born 24 Aug 1770 Weston, daughter of Uriah and Susanna (UPHAM) GREGORY. They lived a few years at Boylston, MA, then moved to Worcester, NY, where Susanna died 27 Feb 1797. Uriah then married (2) 1 Jan 1799 Mary THORNTON, b 10 Oct 1769, daughter of ??. She died 21 Sep 1859 at Worcester. Uriah, a doctor of medicine, died 10 Oct 1842 also at Worcester, Otsego co., NY.

15599.A Polly , b 20 Dec 1806; d ______ ; m Cyrus CHAPMAN; res Canastota, NY. From ancestor John Dwyer: "she married a man by the name of Cyrus CHAPMAN from Stonington, CT, who relocated with his father Jonas to Knox, in Albany County around 1803 when he was 6 years old? I believe this Cyrus moved to Worcester, NY and married Polly (I know he married a Polly for sure, I just have no documentation with Polly's maiden name on it). They had 6 children: Judson Josiah, Mary Olivia, Alpheus, William Edgar, Julia Irene, and Lucia Maria
I am descended from Julia Irene (CHAPMAN) WILBUR of Worcester (she is my gg grandmother). I am dying to prove her connection to the Bigelows of Mass. and the Chapmans of Conn, mainly because I know they connect, but I can't remember, over 15 years later, how I came to write these connections down".

I was at your web page .. http://bigelow.simplenet.com/rod/uriah5.htm and I think I have a discrepancy. I have a Judd
Family Bible that shows Uriah Bigelow and his 2 wives and all their offspring, because his daughter Maria married
Stephen Warner Judd on January 17th, 1815. They had 4 children, Joshua H. Judd (2/13/1816 - ?), Cyrus B. Judd
(2/25/1818 - 4/5/1818), Louisa M. Judd (5/8/1820 - 12/2/1829), and William B. Judd (5/8/1836 - ?). Maria (according
to this Bible) died April 6th, 1838, and her husband re-married 5 months later.
I am including some digital photos of the Bible. The pictures are not the best, I will try to make another clearer set.
