The home of Joseph and Eunice (Bigelow) Morse in Eaton, NY

Sign along roadway in front of Morse "Stone House". It reads
" Morse House; Joseph Morse, Eunice Bigelow; From Sherburne, Mass. 1798;
Founded "Log City" 1800; Later named Eaton 1807; Built this house 1802."
Another State Marker. Karen thinks there is also one for the
grist mill.

Morse home with a partial view of the Mill Office (red building
on left).
This photo was taken in the attic of the "Stone House"
It shows the way one of the chimneys was built during remodeling
circa 1850.
